I have spent the last 30+ years in and around Howe Sound from West Van, Lions Bay, to Whistler and the Sunshine Coast. I have always maintained a strong hold in the Vancouver market as well from West Point Grey and the University Endowment lands to False Creek and East Vancouver.
I am passionate about good design, fine homes, great curb appeal, waterfront properties and beautiful landscapes. I am a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I am also Certified in Landscape Design, Home Staging, and Digital Marketing. I know what it takes to get as many eyes as possible on your property and get it sold. For Buyers, I have a keen eye for detail and can appreciate quality builds. I understand the stress of moving and am compassionate around the life changes that sometimes instigate a move or property sale. I have an impressive volunteer history and am adamant about "giving back" to the community and to causes close to my heart. I have raised thousands of dollars for the BC Cancer Agency, and JDRF/Breakthrough T1D. I donate regularly to the Canuck Place Children's Hospice, the Gift of Time Gala, The Nature Trust of BC, and YWCA Holiday Hampers. I am happy to donate $250 from every sale to one of these charities or a charity of your choice.
